We are the Association of Residents in the German Mills area of Thornhill. It is the area bounded by Highway 404 on the east, Steeles Ave on the south, Settlers Park/Berczy (Wycliffe) Park on the west and John Street on the north.

Our primary purpose is to represent the residents on issues of concern to them e.g. bylaws, transit and traffic issues, property (re)development, parks, safety etc. We also arrange social activities for the community.

The association is managed by a board of directors made up of Fred Webber (Pres.), Marsha Winton (VP), Brahm Satov (VP), Alan Myers  (Treas.) and Mary Cook (Sec’y). The executive can be contacted by email at info@gmra.ca.
